Will definitely recommend these sites to patrons if they request applications they can use to home or more variety than we offer.

I often use different search engines just for the change, mostly the sites listed on our home page. But I can't say I find too much difference among them. I prefer that the sponsored ads not be listed in the search results as the metasearch engines tend to do. Dogpile is cute!! Not a good reason to use it, but go figure! I do appreciate knowing about the UC Berkely search engine page and I have put it on my favorites---learned a few tricks and I think I can use this very well the next time a patron asks "What's the difference?".

There was alot about this exercise I couldn't figure out (due to my ignorance I'm sure). I managed to get three podcasts on my Google Reader almost by accident. I can't imagine ever voluntarily using this. But, yes I do know that most of our patrons love podcasts and I say more power to them. Yea!!!
